Terms and Conditions

This is an initial operational draft prepared to describe how the service works. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a solicitor. All business details are complete and no placeholders remain, but the wording should still be reviewed by a qualified professional.

These terms form a contract between you and Bartosz Wieslaw Burczaniak (trading as Wrap My Whip AI, a sole trader based in England and Wales), trading as Wrap My Whip AI ("we", "us"), when you use the Service. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

The Service lets you upload photographs of vehicles and receive AI-generated previews showing what the vehicle could look like in different colours, finishes or custom designs. Generation is performed by the google/gemini-3-pro-image model via the Lovable AI Gateway.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity on your account.

3. Generations, credits and price

  • Every new account receives 5 successful free generations for life. Free generations are not renewable.
  • You can purchase additional generations via the "Wrap My Whip Design Pack": 15 successful generations for £4.99, one-time payment, no subscription, no automatic renewal.
  • Purchased generations do not expire.
  • Failed or unusable generations return the reserved generation to your account automatically.
  • We reserve the right to change the price of future purchases; changes will not affect generations you have already bought.

4. Your content and licence to us

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload and of any generated previews produced from them. To operate the Service you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy and process your uploaded and generated content only as needed to provide the Service to you.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You must own the photographs you upload, or have the necessary permission from the owner.
  • You must not upload illegal, abusive, infringing, or unauthorised images, or images containing personal data of people who have not consented.
  • You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Nature of AI generations

Generated images are visual previews only. They are approximations produced by an AI model and are not guaranteed to be accurate. A real vinyl wrap on a real vehicle will not necessarily look identical to any preview. Do not rely on a preview for a purchasing decision without confirming details with a qualified installer.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you buy a Design Pack you will be shown the price, the credits included and the fact that there is no subscription before you pay. Once payment is confirmed, credits are added to your account immediately. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. We will not withdraw generations you have already paid for without giving you a reasonable equivalent or a refund of any unused purchased credits.

9. Community Garage (public sharing)

The Service includes an optional public gallery called Community Garage. Sharing is opt-in only — nothing you create becomes public unless you choose to share it and confirm the sharing dialog.

  • A shared post may display the generated image, the wrap colour or finish, the share date, your public nickname and the vote count.
  • Your email address is never displayed publicly.
  • You must only share images of vehicles you own or have permission to use, and you should consider obscuring number plates before sharing publicly.
  • Other signed-in users may vote on shared posts (one vote per user per post, no self-voting) and may report posts.
  • We may hide or remove posts for safety, abuse, copyright, privacy or moderation reasons.
  • You can unshare a post at any time. Unsharing removes it from the public feed, but we may retain limited moderation and audit records where necessary.
  • Community Garage is for visual inspiration only and does not guarantee a real-world wrap result.

10. Best Wrap of 2026 (community recognition)

Best Wrap of 2026 is a free-to-enter community recognition feature layered on top of Community Garage. There is no cash prize, voucher, physical prize or other monetary reward. The 2026 launch-year competition runs from 2 August 2026 until 31 December 2026, 23:59 UTC. The reward is limited to:

  • a Best Wrap of 2026 badge;
  • a winner frame around the winning design;
  • featured placement in Community Garage;
  • a permanent trophy / winner status display inside Wrap My Whip AI.

How entry and voting work:

  • You enter by opting in and sharing a generated design to Community Garage. No purchase is necessary.
  • You must own the uploaded vehicle image, or have permission to use and share it, and you should consider obscuring number plates before sharing publicly.
  • Votes are limited to one vote per signed-in user per post, and you cannot vote for your own post.
  • Vote manipulation is prohibited. This includes fake accounts, duplicate accounts, bots or scripts, paid votes, vote trading and any other artificial vote inflation.
  • We may remove votes, hide posts, disqualify entries, revoke a winner badge, or override a winner where there is suspected abuse, copyright or privacy risk, offensive content, a technical error, a moderation issue, or a breach of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Hidden, removed or open-reported posts are not eligible to win.
  • The leaderboard is based on ratings received during the competition period (2 August 2026 to 31 December 2026, 23:59 UTC). Future competitions may run monthly or yearly, and the applicable period will be shown in Community Garage.
  • The top-ranked eligible post becomes a candidate winner; the winner is then confirmed by admin review. Our decisions are final for this community-recognition feature.
  • The winner's public nickname, generated design, badge, vote count and winning competition period may be displayed publicly in Community Garage, My Showroom and related promotional content.
  • Unsharing a post removes it from the public feed and from future voting, but limited moderation and audit records may be retained where necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance or dispute handling.
  • Best Wrap of 2026 is for fun, inspiration and community recognition only. It does not guarantee a real-world wrap result.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You can close your account at any time via the Delete account control in your account page.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (for example fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of £50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the accuracy of AI-generated previews.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where they live.
