Acceptable Use Policy

This is an initial operational draft prepared to describe how the service works. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a solicitor. All business details are complete and no placeholders remain, but the wording should still be reviewed by a qualified professional.

This policy sets out what you may not do with Wrap My Whip AI. Breaching it may lead to your content being removed, your account being suspended or closed, and where appropriate reporting to the authorities.

1. Content you may not upload

You must not upload, submit or generate any image or prompt that:

  • You do not own or do not have permission from the owner to use.
  • Contains identifiable people who have not consented to appear (including number plates should be avoided or blurred where you cannot demonstrate consent).
  • Contains children, or is designed to sexualise or endanger a minor.
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful or discriminatory.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights (including trademarks, brand logos or third-party artwork used without licence).
  • Depicts a vehicle you do not own or are not authorised to modify visually.
  • Depicts stolen goods, evidence of a crime, or is intended to facilitate fraud (for example fake insurance imagery).
  • Contains malware or is designed to disrupt the Service.

2. Behaviour

You must not:

  • Attempt to bypass the free-generation allowance (for example by deleting and re-creating accounts, or by creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits).
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts, uploads or generations.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competing dataset or to train a machine-learning model.
  • Use the Service in a way that breaches the acceptable-use terms of any downstream provider we rely on (in particular the Lovable AI Gateway, the underlying AI model provider, or Stripe).

3. Community Garage (public sharing)

Sharing a design to Community Garage is optional and opt-in. If you choose to share, the following rules apply:

  • Only share images of vehicles you own or have permission to use.
  • Consider obscuring number plates before sharing publicly, and do not share images showing identifiable people who have not consented.
  • A shared post may display the generated image, the wrap colour or finish, the share date, your public nickname and the vote count. Email addresses are never displayed publicly.
  • Do not use nicknames that impersonate others, contain contact details or links, or are offensive.
  • Do not manipulate voting (for example by using multiple accounts or automated tools). One vote per user per post; self-voting is not permitted.
  • Do not submit false or abusive reports.
  • We may hide or remove posts for safety, abuse, copyright, privacy or moderation reasons.
  • Unsharing removes a post from the public feed, but limited moderation and audit records may be retained where necessary.
  • Community Garage is for visual inspiration only and does not guarantee a real-world wrap result.

4. Best Wrap of 2026

Best Wrap of 2026 is a free-to-enter community recognition feature running from 2 August 2026 until 31 December 2026, 23:59 UTC. There is no cash prize, voucher, physical prize or monetary reward — the reward is a badge, a winner frame, featured placement and a permanent trophy display inside Wrap My Whip AI. The following rules apply:

  • You enter by opting in and sharing a generated design to Community Garage. No purchase is necessary.
  • You must own the uploaded vehicle image or have permission to use and share it, and you should consider obscuring number plates first.
  • One vote per signed-in user per post. You cannot vote for your own post.
  • Vote manipulation is prohibited, including fake accounts, duplicate accounts, bots, paid votes, vote trading and any other artificial vote inflation.
  • We may remove votes, hide posts, disqualify entries, revoke a winner badge or override a winner where there is suspected abuse, copyright or privacy risk, offensive content, technical error, a moderation issue or a breach of the rules.
  • Hidden, removed or open-reported posts are not eligible to win.
  • The leaderboard counts ratings received during the competition period (UTC). The top-ranked eligible post becomes a candidate winner and the winner is confirmed by admin review; our decisions are final for this community-recognition feature.
  • A winner's public nickname, design, badge, rating points and winning competition period may be shown publicly in Community Garage, My Showroom and related promotional content.
  • Best Wrap of 2026 is for fun, inspiration and community recognition only, and does not guarantee a real-world wrap result.

5. Reporting misuse

If you believe someone is using the Service in breach of this policy, or that content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact support@wrapmywhipai.com. You can also use the Report button on any post in Community Garage.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach this policy, in our reasonable discretion. Serious breaches may also be reported to law-enforcement or affected rights holders.
